Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade I and II 2. Patient undergoing elctive surgery more than 2 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refusal 2. Infection at injection site 3. Coagulopathy 4. Heart block Degree I, II, III 5. Peripheral neuropathy 6. Known allergy / hypersensitivity to local anesthetic drug 7. Peripheral vascular disease 8. Contraindication to regional anesthesia technique 9.Communication difficulty
