Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA Physical Status 1 and 2 Age between 18 to 60 years of either gender No known airway pathology

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with Cervical spine injuries Patients with Craniofacial deformities History of Neck Surgery Neck swelling, Neck burn contracture, Skin lesions on anterior surface of neck, Obstetric patients

To determine the better predictor of difficult laryngoscopy by comparing clinically measured El-Ganzouri risk index and sonologically measured skin to hyoid bone distance, skin to thyroid isthmus distance, skin to epiglottis distance in patients scheduled for elective surgeries.Timepoint: at baseline.
