Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient having pain in neck for less than 30 days Patient having stiffness in neck for less than 30 days Patients within the age group of 18 to 60 years irrespective of gender

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any open wounds around the areas of neck or any recent Cervical fracture Congenital or pathological cervical issues Any recent surgery related to cervical spine Any local skin pathology
