Intervention1: Upper limb balance training- 8 weeks: Push-up plus on foam pad 3 x 8 10 reps Maintaining the trunk weight with a hand on the Bosu ball, elbow extended
4 series x 30 seconds
pause for 30 seconds. Control Intervention1: Traditional training- 8 weeks: Push up [38] 3 sets 10 reps Plank pose hold [41] 3 sets 30 secs hold

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Collegiate and lower division volleyball players

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pain in the shoulder on raising the arm in the frontal plane; history of shoulder pain or surgeries involving the trunk, upper limbs, or lower limbs in the previous 12 months. Acute medical conditions, balance problems, and musculoskeletal injuries of the lower limbs that were sustained in the past three months.
