Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients between the ages of 20 and 55 both male and female. Healthy Patient with no systemic diseases Eg uncontrolled diabetes, uncontrolled hypertension and bleeding disorders Patient with good oral hygiene. Maxillary teeth that are indicated for extraction other than periodontal reasons. Socket type 1 (ST1) Subclass B (ST1B)buccal bone thickness of less than 1.0mm. The adjacent teeth should have a good periodontal health.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who are smokers, alcoholics or tobacco chewers. Patients not willing to participate in the study or not available for follow up. Pregnant and lactating women.
