Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having HbA1c 6.4 to 7.5 % Patients with fasting blood sugar between 126 to 200 mg / dl & postprandial blood sugar between 200 to 300 mg/dl.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with hypoglycemic coma ketoacidosis and related complications history of complications infections Patients with known chronic diabetic complications Retinopathy Nephropathy Peripheral neuropathy postural hypotension ulceration Pregnant and lactating women. Patients suffering from major systemic diseases TB HIV Carcinoma uncontrolled HTN IHD CAD
