Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: History Of more than 6 upper respiratory tract infection episodes per year or more than 3 episodes in 6 months. Consent from parent /guardian for participation and regular follow up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Children with chronic respiratory diseases like asthma or active Tuberculosis. 2.Emergency conditions like epiglottitis, etc. 3. Children with congenital abnormalities or immunocompromised states. 4. Children undergoing treatment with immunosuppressive drugs.

To manage acute episode of Upper Respiratory Tract Infection (in children 4-10 years) Using Individualized Homoeopathic Medicine using wisconsin upper respiratory symptom survey for kids.Timepoint: 3-7 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
A) To assess the reduction in frequency of upper respiratory tract infection episodes in children aged 4 10 years after individualized Homoeopathic treatment using wisconsin upper respiratory symptom survey for kids. B) To evaluate the improvement in quality of life and general well-being of children undergoing Homoeopathic treatment for recurrent URTIs using wisconsin upper respiratory symptom survey for kids.Timepoint: 6 months
