Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients will be selected irrespective of gender,religion coming to OPD or IPD of our hospital 2. Age Group 30 years to 65 years 3. HbA1c level 5.7 to 6.4 percent 4. Patient having BMI greater than 25 kg per metre square 5. Patient having symptoms of prabhut aavil mutrata, kara pada tala daha, of prameha purvaroopa aavastha

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women, Lactating mothers. 2. Age group less than 30 and greater than 65 yrs. 3. HbA1c level 6.5 percent or more. 4. patient with known case of type 1 and type 2 diabetes, Severe gastrointestinal diseases, Liver diseases, tumors, conditions like Cardiovascular disease.

1. To evaluate the efficacy of vyoshadi churn for 90 days in reduction of HbA1c level in prediabetic patient. 2. To evaluate the improvement based on sign, symptoms and gradation of assesement criteria. 3. To study the clinical features of prameha purvaroopa avastha such as sweda aadhikya, kara pada tala daha, prabhut mutrata, pipasa in details 4. To study the aetiopathogenesis and clinical features of prameha. 5. To study the modern aspect of prediabetes. 6. To assess the glycosuria with urine dip stick test.Timepoint: 90 Days
