Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Young adult age between 18-25 years 2.Both genders 3.Subjects who are positive in the Active knee extension test 4.Subjects who are not doing regular exercise 5.Subjects who are willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Acute or chronic low back pain 2.Recent fractures or surgeries in the spine or lower limbs 3.Previous hamstring injuries will exclude 4.Lumbar or lower limb neurological deficit, limb length disparity 5.Raditing pain and numbness
