Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Females having haemoglobin levels of Mild: 10.0g/dL to 11.9g/dL, Moderate 8.0g/dL to 10.0g/dL and Mean Corpuscular Value (MCV) below 80 femtoliters (fL) and Mean Corpuscular Haemoglobin (MCH) 29 2 picograms Individuals of all socio-economic background

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women 2. Presence of any chronic illness e.g., CKD, Liver disease, autoimmune disorders 3. GI disorders affecting iron absorption e.g., Celiac disease, IBD 4. Recent use of iron or any other treatment till 4 weeks
