Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged between 12 to 60 years. 2. Both male and female patients. 3. Patients scheduled for elective surgeries requiring iv cannulation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of any cardiac disease (arrhythmia), vascualr disease. 2. Presence of local skin infection. 3. Use of analgesics within 24 hours prior to cannulation. Known allergy or sensitivity to amide local anaesthetic or glycerine.
