Intervention1: Immediate loading Dental Implant: Immediate loading of dental implants placed immediately after extraction with prosthetic loading within 48 hours. Clinical and radiographic evaluation

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Systemically healthy patients. Patients aged between 18 and 60 years of age. In Type 1 socket and Type 2 socket or with adequate bone height (less than or equal to 5mm) apical to tooth indicated for extraction. Absence of periapical pathology and infection in tooth to be extracted. Stable functional occlusion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects who have untreated periodontal disease. Pregnant women and lactating mothers. Medically compromised patients. Individuals who use any form of oral substance abuse. Subjects having inadequate mouth opening. Subjects having any visual signs of bruxism. Patients not ready to fill consent form.
