Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with classic Lakshana of Gridhrasi like Ruk, Toda, Stambha, Gaurav from kati to pada will be selected. 2. Patients will be selected irrespective of gender, religion, socio-economic status. 3. Age group from 20 to 60 years. 4. Those who are Virechana yogya. 5. Patients who have undergone Deepan-Pachana. 6. Patients who will give written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age less than 20 years and more than 60 years. 2. Pregnancy, lactating mother. 3. Patients not fit for Virechana. 4. Patients having Benign or Malignant Tumours of Spine, Spinal Stenosis, CA- Spine, T.B. of vertebral column, Trauma to Spine, Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, Anaemia and other Chronic Systemic Diseases will be excluded.
