Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic assisted hysterectomy with ASA physical status 1&2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with skin infection over chest and abdomen Patients with hemodynamic instability Patients with cardiovascular diseases patients with BMI more than 35

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate hemodynamic parameters like cardiac output, cardiac index, total peripheral resistance and stroke volume index changes during different intraabdominal pressures using non - invasive cardiac output monitorTimepoint: Pre insufflation (Baseline): HR, CO, CI, TPR, TPRI, SVI, and MAP will be monitored baseline before induction, Post insufflation: HR, CO, CI, TPR, TPRI, SVI, and MAP will be monitored 1min after insufflation, 5 min after insufflation, every 10 min thereafter till end of surgery. Post exsufflation: Immediate post exsufflation and 10 min after exsufflation

MeasureTime frame
1. To measure End Tidal Carbon dioxide during different intraabdominal pressures 2. To evaluate the incidence of hypotension & hypoxemia between two groups. Timepoint: Pre insufflation (Baseline): ETCO2,SPO2 & MAP will be monitored baseline before induction, Post insufflation: SPO2, ETCO2 & MAP will be monitored 1min after insufflation, 5 min after insufflation, every 10 min thereafter till end of surgery. Post exsufflation: Immediate post exsufflation & 10 min after exsufflation.
