Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA 1, 2 patient Anticipated difficult airway Lemon score 3 and 4 Elective surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Lemon score more than 4 Obesity more than 35kg per m2

To compare the efficacy and accuracy of video integrated versus Conventional Laryngeal mask airway patient undergoing elective surgeries undergoing general anesthesia Timepoint: Timing will be recorded from introduction of the laryngeal mask airway into the oral cavity until confirmation of correct placement by chest expansion and continuous endtidal carbon dioxide tracing.
