Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects between the age group of 19 years to 60 years. 2. Subjects who have completed a minimum of one year of service. 3. Irrespective of gender, caste, religion, socio economic status and level of literacy. 4. Those who are ready to give a written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subject with a history of diagnosed sleep disorders before being recruited for the job. 2. Subject with a history of diagnosed mental illness before being recruited for the job. 3. Subjects who are on medications that significantly affect sleep quality or stress levels. 4. Subjects who are not physically present when the study is being conducted.
