Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA I - IV AGE 18-70 Pacemakers CRT device insertion Ability to cooperate for a nerve block Able to understand protocol and provide informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal On anticoagulants and or antiplatelets Coagulopathies and deranged coagulation parameters Left diaphragmatic palsy Skin infection at site of needle insertions Redo insertions wire exchange procedures
