Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I - IV AGE 18-70 Pacemakers CRT device insertion Ability to cooperate for a nerve block Able to understand protocol and provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal On anticoagulants and or antiplatelets Coagulopathies and deranged coagulation parameters Left diaphragmatic palsy Skin infection at site of needle insertions Redo insertions wire exchange procedures

To determine the analgesic efficacy of the triple nerve block technique (superficial cervical plexus, upper trunk of brachial plexus, and PECS 1 block) during intraoperative and postoperative periods-24 hours as measured by Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) scores and the requirement for supplemental analgesia (local infiltration, opioid, or non-opioid medications).Timepoint: intraoperative, post operative -24 hours—
