Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Postnatal women aged 20 to 35 years. 2 Diagnosed with Stanyakshaya clinical features like Stanya mlanata, Stanya alpata and Stanya asambhava. 3 Delivered , full-term live infant through normal delivery. 4 Willing to breastfeed exclusively during the trial period. 5 Within 1 to 6 weeks postpartum. 6 Willing to participate voluntarily and provide informed written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Women with systemic illnesses (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disorders). 2 Known cases of mastitis, breast abscess, or breast anomalies (e.g., inverted nipple). 3 Infants with cleft palate, tongue-tie, or other feeding difficulties. 4 Women on hormonal drugs or galactagogues before the study. 5 Presence of psychiatric disorders or severe postpartum depression. 6 Known allergy to trial drugs or milk preparations. 7 Non-consenting or non-compliant participants.
