Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 to 65 years undergoing spinal fusion surgery 2. Patients who are willing to take part in study after informed consent 3. Willingness and ability to comply with follow up assessments
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pre existing spine deformity Active infection Spinal or other infections Known coagulopathy or on anticoagulant therapy Chronic immunosuppressive therapy or autoimmune disorders Allergy or hypersensitive to any component used in PRP preparation Primary or secondary spinal tumours
