Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Badminton Players who are willing to participate. Badminton players who have been playing badminton for more than 1 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recreational badminton players. Players with congenital disorders. Players with neurological impairments. Players that underwent any recent surgeries (within 6 months). Players with any major lower limb injuries.
