Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 to 60 years irrespective of gender Hemoglobin levels between 7 to 11 gram per dL with MCV les than 80 fL and MCHC less than 34 gram per dL

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient aged less than 18 years or more than 60 years Hemoglobin levels less than 7 gram per dL Pregnant and lactating women History of chronic diseases such as chronic kidney disease chronic liver disease or malignancy Hemolytic anemia or other noniron deficiency causes of anemia Recent within 1 month use of iron therapy or blood transfusion
