Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: PATIENTS WITH ACS UNDERGOING PCI.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Contraindication to Ticagrelor, Indication for anticoagulation therapy, Any component of NACE in the 3 months preceeding randomization, LVEF less than 35, pregnancy or lactation, life expectancy less than a year, patients planned for staged PCI, Poor compliance
