Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals diagnosed with Karshya based on Ayurvedic texts Individuals having BMI less than 18.5 kg per sq. meter Patients irrespective of gender religion and socio economic status will be selected Patient willing to participate and willing to give written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients below 18 years and above 30 years of age Patients with known metabolic or endocrine disorders like Diabetes Mellitus hyperthyroidism Patients having known Immunocompromised Conditions or any other major systemic illnesses like like HIV AIDS Cancer Tuberculosis Chronic illnesses or medications affecting sleep or weight Regular night shift workers Pregnant or Lactating women Patients not willing to participate in the study
