Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients above 18 years of age 2 Patients reporting to the department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery for extraction of Maxillary premolar

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients allergic to Local Anesthesia 2 Patients not willing to give informed consent
