Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Type 2 DM patients with duration of diabetes greater than or equal to 5 years Both genders age between 40 to 70 years Pain for more than 3 months PainDETECT questionnaire (score 19 to 38) LANSS score more than 1224

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known history of phantom limb pain. Diabetic complications involving cardiovascular system, visual system and renal system. History of radiculopathy and other types of neuropathies. Any implanted devices (pacemakers) or metal implants at the site of application. Simultaneous treatment with analgesic medications or NSAIDs
