Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Female athletes 2.Aged 15 25 years (Informed written consent will be taken from the guardians/parents of athletes aged below 18 years) 3.Diagnosed with menstrual migraine according to Menstrual migraine assessment tool (MMAT) and the Internation Classification of Headache Disorder-3 criteria 4.Regular menstrual cycle 5.Females having minimum 1 year of playing experience.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Recent neck or head traumas within 2 years 2.Female patients who are pregnant or lactating 3.Females suffering from other type of migraine 4.Current use of prophylactic migraine medication. 5.Any recent musculoskeletal injury (within past 6 months) that may affect performance or participation.
