Intervention1: Joshanda Barg-e-Toot: 20 grams of dried Barg-e-Toot leaves will be taken and boiled with 100 ml of water make a joshanda and rinse mouth wash for 1 minute and follow up assessed at 3rd

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Both male and female patients aged 13 66 years Presenting with single or multiple minor recurrent aphthous ulcers of less than 48 hours duration with or without difficulty in eating or chewing uneasiness in speaking and burning pain in the mouth and who are willing and able to provide written informed consent, were included in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with known systemic conditions such as Crohn s disease ulcerative colitis celiac disease systemic lupus erythematosus Beh et s disease cyclic neutropenia or carcinoma immunocompromised patients including those with HIV/AIDS or receiving corticosteroid therapy pregnant and lactating women patients with diabetes mellitus those suffering from denture-related stomatitis and participants who were non-compliant with the trial protocol were excluded from the study
