Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Individuals aged 18-55 years, including both genders. 2.Individuals clinically diagnosed with Upper Crossed Syndrome- Presence of forward head posture posture- Craniovertebral angle (CVA) less than or equal to 50 degrees, forward shoulder angle (FSA) more than or equal to 52 degrees. 3.Asymptomatic Upper Crossed Syndrome (no current neck or shoulder pain or discomfort) 4.Working knowledge of English. 5.Access to a smartphone and the ability to use it, either by the individual or with the assistance of a caregiver. 6.Willing to voluntary participate in the study for 6 weeks.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Any musculoskeletal injuries or surgeries within the past 6 months. 2.Any structural spinal deformities (e.g., scoliosis, kyphosis) or congenital musculoskeletal anomalies. 3.Any chronic pain condition (e.g., fibromyalgia) that could interfere with participation or taking pain medication. 4.History or clinical signs of neurological disorders that may interfere with postural assessment or physical performance. 5.Ongoing participation in any other physiotherapy program or posture correction program. 6.Cognitive or psychological conditions affecting comprehension or compliance.
