Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient not alert to time place and person 2. Decreased responsiveness to verbal and physical stimulation 3. Difficult to arouse 4. Unable to remain awake or conversant 5. Presents with hallucinations, confusion, bizarre or inappropriate behaviour

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age less than 60 2. Psychiatric disease 3. Head trauma
