Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who fulfill any two of the symptoms as well as positive S.L.R. test or Slump test. 2.Patients who do not get relief in pain even after Ayurvedic medicines and Panchakarma procedures. 3.Patients of both genders and age between 18 to 60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients suffering from a pathological condition like spine tuberculosis, tumors of Spinal Cord, Malignancy of Pelvis, Cauda-equina Syndrome. 2.Patients who have taken medicine of corticosteroid drugs or immune suppressant within the last 6 months. 3.Patients with diabetes mellitus and other chronic disorders which may affect the outcome of the study. 4.Pregnant/ lactating woman and people with low hemoglobin.

To find out changes in symptoms and assessment will be done based on Visual Analouge Scale and gradation the for pain before and after treatment procedure.Timepoint: Baseline, after treatment and on 14th and 28th day after completion of treatment.
