Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Uncomplicated UTI: Upper urinary tract infection & Lower urinary
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Cases with comorbidity (immunosuppression and neurological disease, septicemia etc.) 2.Cases with birth defect of renal system. 3.True surgical cases. 4.Complicated UTI: Case having advanced pathology 5.having chronicity with irreversible changes (CKD, diabetic nephropathy, kidney atrophy, kidney polyp, polycystic kidney disease). 6.Patients who are on conventional treatment (allopathy) for urinary tract infection during the study period. 7.Patient with irregular-follow up.
