Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Histologically confirmed or radiologically suspected gynecologic malignancy (ovarian, endometrial, cervical, uterine sarcoma) Undergoing elective major abdominal or pelvic oncological surgery with expected duration of more than 60 minutes Written informed consent

To predict accuracy of Frailty index, Prognostic nutritional Index, Surgical APGAR score and Aletti s Surgical Complexity Score individually and in combination to forecast postoperative complications within 30 days, after major gynecologic cancer surgeries.Timepoint: baseline, introperative , postoperative within 30 days
