Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Basti Arh Patient having classical symptoms of Vatarakta like Parvasandhi Ruja, Shoth, Kandu, Tod, Daah, Stambh Lactating women diagnosed with Vatarakta.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Patient having other systemic disorder which interfere with intervention. -Diagnosed patients of Amavata, Sandhigata vata. -Those who are known case of lactose intolerance are excluded (milk and milk products allergy) -Pregnant women

To compare the clinical efficacy of Kokilaksha (Hygrophila spinosa T.) Siddha Ksheera Basti and Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia Willd. Miers.) Siddha Ksheera Basti in the management of Vatarakta when administered for 7 days.Timepoint: Treatment will be given for 7 days to both groups. Patient will be assessed on 0th and 7th day and follow up on 15th day.—
