Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Eligible patients aged 18 to 65 years with a diagnosis of hypertension office BP 140 to 179systolic and 90 to 109mmHg diastolic with mean 24 h BP determined using ambulatory BP monitoring of more than or equal to 130mmHg before enrolment will be recruited in the study Participants should be able to use a smartphone Only patients of chronic kidney disease in stages 3 and 4 will be included in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Office SBP more than or equal to 180 mmHg and or DBP more than or equal to 110 mmHg Suspected secondary hypertension other than renoparenchymal Pregnancy active neoplasia Congestive heart failure
