Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Amateur Cricket Players. Players those who are playing since last 12 months. Players those are registered with the club, school, or league.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Professional, Recreational, Elite Cricket Players. Players having history of any Musculoskeletal injury within last 12 months. Players having history of undergone any surgeries in the lower limb within 12 months prior to the study. Players who not played any competitive match from last 6 months. Players having history of any comorbid condition. (such as asthma, hypertension, anxiety disorders, diabetes mellitus type I).
