Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sample includes adolescents who are Willing to participate in the study by providing written informed consent (mothers) and assent (adolescents) Staying with their mothers Participating regular school activity Studying in 8th and9th standard

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Sample excludes adolescents With cognitive and postural defects Participating in any similar ongoing intervention Known case of congenital heart diseases rheumatic heart disease and bronchial asthma juvenile diabetic mellitus seizure disorders renal disease and who are already on medication for hypertension.
