Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of either sex between 18 to 60 years with symptoms of Gridhrasi ( Sciatica ). Radiating pain along the sciatic nerve, worsened by movement or sitting, with associated numbness, tingling, or limb weakness. Positive Straight Leg Raise (SLR) Test. Sciatica due to lumbar disc herniation, degenerative disc disease, or spinal stenosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age below 18 years and above 60 years. Tumors or malignancies affecting the spine. Infections (e.g., spinal tuberculosis, osteomyelitis). Autoimmune disorders (e.g., multiple sclerosis). Cauda equina syndrome (e.g., bowel/bladder incontinence, saddle anesthesia) Sciatica following trauma or post-surgical conditions affecting the sciatic nerve.
