Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Candidates undergoing Virechana as part of their clinical management. 2. Ability to understand and follow simple instructions for Yoga practice. 3. Willingness to provide informed consent. 4. Patients with clinical presentation with psychiatric and severe neurological ailments
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe psychiatric and neurological conditions impairing comprehension. 2. Patients who are unable to follow the instructions of yoga. 3. Patients where Yoga or Ayurveda are contra indicated. 4. Patients who have suicidal ideations. 5. Severe gastrointestinal disorders or other medical illness where Panchakarma or Yoga are contraindicated. 6. Acute infection or fever at the time of treatment.
