Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Primary and Secondary Dysmenorrhea Diagnosed with USG and pain score VAS greater than or equal to 5
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Lactating mothers Current use of oral contraceptives, hormonal therapy or any long term analgesics for menstrual pain Known case of uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus Hb less than 8 gram percentage Known case of malignancy
