Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age range 25 45Yrs A clinical examination confirmed the diagnosis of supraspinatus tendonitis Pain is mild to moderate Scapular dysfunction is present Self-sufficient mobility

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A torn rotator cuff or a frozen shoulder Neurological conditions Uncontrolled metabolic and cardiovascular disorders Osteoporosis or severe osteoarthritis Prior shoulder surgery Excruciating pain when moving or at rest
