Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria of IIEF 15 2 Sexually Active Males 3 Erectile dysfunction associated with or without Premature ejaculation 4 Erectile Dysfunction associated with or without infertility 5 Erectile Dysfunction Secondary to with or without diabeties mellitus 6 Patients with classical symptoms of klaibya 7 willing and able to give informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 known cases of uncontrolled hypertension 2 known cases of other major systemic disorders which interfere with the treatment 3 subjects having genital anamolies 4 diagnosed cases of peyronies disease or other anatomical defects 5 known cases of congenital genital anamolies 6 known cases of sexually transmitted diseases 7 participation of patients in other studies or receipt of other investigational drugs within 15 days prior to baseline 8 patients taking concomittent medications that may interfere with the study results as per investigators opinion
