Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants with less than 60 hours in week of sedentary behavior. Participants who perform less than 150 minutes a week of moderate activity. Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate program Participants of age 18 25 Years30 Participants who had no Recent Core Training No chronic back pain affecting core testing

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who have Musculoskeletal & Medical Conditions (fractures, sprains, persistent Low back pain) Elite Athletes or individuals Participants who use sedatives, antidepressants, or sleep medications Pregnant individuals
