Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Medically stable and referred for physiotherapy Based on an Age-appropriate SDNN First-ever ischemic stroke MOCA Scale score of more than 26

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of Atrial fibrillation (AF) (cardioembolic stroke) and Rheumatic heart disease (RHD). Evidence of Arteriovenous Malformation (AVM), Arteriovenous Fistula (AVF), or aneurysm A history of Intracerebral Haemorrhage, Brain tumour, or Malignancy
