Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pain intensity of 3 and above on VAS and presence of restricted cervical range of motion. Latent trigger point in the neck region, participants with unilateral and bilateral tender point. Participants who have agreed to sign a written consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent trauma to the cervical region, participants on any anti-inflammatory drugs. Recent cervical pathologies like myelopathy, radiculopathy, herniated disc, spinal stenosis. Skin disease surrounding the area that need to be addressed. Brachial neuralgia. Fear of needles.
