Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Classified as ASA physical status I and II 2.Elective and Emergency lower caeserean section surgeries under spinal anaesthesia. 3.Gestational age of 32 to 40 weeks 4.Singleton pregnancy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing labor 2.Pre eclampsia patient 3.Pregnancy with congenital anomaly 4.Abruption placentae or placenta previa 5.Patients with significant cardiovascular, hepatic, renal or respiratory diseases

| The incidence of hypotension after spinal anaesthesia will be significantly higher in the normotensive group than in the hypertensive group. Timepoint: Blood pressure and heart rate will be recorded at the baseline( before spinal anaesthesia), at 2min, 5min, 10min, and 15 minutes after spinal anaesthesia, and at the completion of surgery in women undergoing caesarean delivery at 36 40 weeks of pregnancy. | — |
