Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged between 30 to 60 years Patient who has vaginal wall prolapse with or without first degree uterine prolapse Patients exhibiting signs and symptoms consistent with Phalini Yonivyapad. Those willing to adhere to yoga practice regularly and provide written informed consent. Both menstruating and post-menopausal women can be included if not contraindicated. Women who have not undergone pelvic floor reconstructive surgery for prolapse.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of malignancy, congenital urogenital tract deformities, or any other pelvic pathology. Patients with uncontrolled systemic diseases such as paralysis, Parkinsonism, etc. Women with 2nd to 4th degree uterine or who require immediate surgical intervention. Pregnant women or those planning conception during the study period.

Primary outcome- Yoga asanas along with Mula Bandha are expected to reduce the symptoms of Phalini Yonivyapad [Vaginal Wall Prolapse]. Timepoint: baseline , 3 weeks , 3.5weeks , 8.5 weeks
