Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients willing to take participation in the study Patients should only be diagnosed with achilles tendinopathy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with cognitive impairment and not able to follow commands Age below 18 years Post surgical and post traumatic cases of knee and foot Patients taking other interventions like yoga
