Inclusion criteria: Patients aged between 20 and 60 years Clinically diagnosed with lateral elbow tendinopathy Unilateral presentation Cozens test positive

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous trauma or fracture around elbow History of cervical and upper limb injuries Pregnant women Bilateral lateral elbow tendinopathy
