Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women aged 40 to 55 years 2.Natural menopause (transition Phase) 3.Patient fulfilling the rajo nivrutti lakshan such as hot flushes, sweating, palpitations, sleep disturbances, vaginal dryness, forgetfulness, anxiety, mood swings, pain in joints, depressive mood. 4.Willing to participate with informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hormone induced menopause Women on current HRT or Rasayana therapy 2. Uncontrolled chronic illnesses (diabetes, hypertension, hepatic or renal disease) 3. Psychiatric illness. 4. Surgical menopause .
