Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patient suffering from the symptoms like unbearable pain in lower abdomen during menstrual cycles. 2) Age between 13 to 30 years. 3) Patient having regular menstrual cycle with normal amount of menstrual flow (normal 2-3 pads/day).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patients with secondary dysmenorrhea 2) patients with IUCD 3) patients taking contraceptive pills and hormonal therapy
